A friend of mine has the issue in LA inter 8 as well. Unfortunatly he is not online anymore so I cannot ask him for details.

I think the hats are OK, but they could have been much better.
I was so hoping for a Top hat this year Been suggested many many times.
Kinda disappointing to get 2 very similar tiny crests... My warrior looks very uncool with it.

come to think about it, none of my male characters look cool with em... These are female crests ffs!!!

Was mentioned in another thread, but we only ever got the four hats once, back in 2006. Haven't had that many again since then, and with GW seemingly winding down, it's unlikely we will again.

Can't say I'm overly impressed with this years, they do look a little rushed and they're don't really stand out. Again, I would have liked something along the lines of the top hat that keeps getting suggested, the ones that look good and stand out have always been the best. But they're not awful, the tiara's may look good on some female characters, and I like that they don't make you bald.

Either they're completely out of ideas, which begs the question how the hell they're going to deal with GW2 (rehashing old GW1 hats would be epic fail unless they're greatly improved upon) or they're simply saving all the "good stuff" for GW2.

Either way, its somewhat disappointing. And the poster who said these are female hats is spot on.

New Update. After not recieving a dywana hat in kamadan AD 30 i moved to LA AD 28 to wait 3 hours for a hat. I again did not recieve a hat. Still getting presents and everything. (3 A.M. PST)

Edit Moved to Kamadan 38, again did not get a dwayna hat.

3 hours later and still no Dwayna hat.. This time I was in an even dist in LA. Right now I'm trying Spamadan, seeing if it's still 15 minutes late and hoping for the dumb hat.

The bug happened in LA during the 2nd appearance (3AM PST) too. I had 5 accts in Dwayna district (88) and two in grenths(11). No hats.

Reverse those for the first appearance (2 in Dist 10 for dwayna, 5 in dist 17 for grenth) and got my hats.

well international dist 5 of LA didnt get grenth hat at 3am drop. also didnt get any gifts for winning chosen circle either. Switched to EU Kamadan d5 and same thing. no hats for 3am drop which was 15 minutes late to start.
